Ephemeral runs an AI agent in a fresh, sealed microVM for each task, with only the files, connections, web access and budget you allow, and destroys it when the run ends. Ephemeral is built for five kinds of work.
- Support investigations: Read a payment, a ticket or a thread with a read-only connection and answer in a few lines.
- Scheduled monitoring: Check a status page, a job or a price on a cron schedule and get one verdict back.
- Scheduled reports: Turn last week's numbers into a short written report on a schedule.
- Data processing: Profile a CSV or group feedback into themes, with real commands and files that stay put.
- Untrusted code: Let an agent write and run code in a machine with no network that is destroyed afterwards.
