販売価格
ホスト型サービスの料金は、前払いクレジットの購入金額（1回あたり5米ドルから10,000米ドル）と、実行ごとの従量課金（計算時間、モデル呼び出し、Web リクエスト）です。料金とモデルごとの価格は https://ephemer.al/pricing に表示します。実行ごとの料金は、実行前に設定した予算の範囲を超えません。
セルフホスト版のライセンス料金は、基本プラン（インストール1つと月100,000回の実行を含む）の月額または年額に、追加のインストールと追加の実行枠（100,000回単位）の月額または年額を加えたもので、https://ephemer.al/deployments のライセンスのお申し込み画面に、ご契約前に表示します。価格はいずれも米ドル建てです。
商品代金以外の必要料金
- インターネット接続料金、通信料金などは、お客様のご負担となります。
- セルフホスト版では、お客様ご自身の AWS 料金とモデル提供事業者の料金がかかります。
- カード発行会社が外貨建て決済手数料などを請求する場合があります。
- 消費税等: 表示価格に日本の消費税等を加算することはありません。当事業者は消費税の免税事業者であり、適格請求書発行事業者の登録はありません。
支払方法
クレジットカード（決済代行会社 Stripe を通じて処理します）。
支払時期
- クレジットの購入: 購入手続きの時点でお支払いが確定します。
- 自動チャージ: 自動チャージをお申し込みの場合、実行の料金によって残高がお客様の設定したしきい値を下回った時点で、保存したカードに請求します。
- ライセンス: お申し込み時と、以後の各請求期間（月または年）の開始時に前払いで請求します。
引渡時期
- クレジット: Stripe が決済を確認した時点で残高に加算されます（通常は数秒以内です）。
- ライセンス: サブスクリプションが開始した時点で発行されます。お客様のアカウントのデプロイメント画面からインストールを登録できます。
返品・キャンセル（返金）
デジタルサービスの性質上、お客様の都合による返品はできません。次の定めによります。
- クレジットの有効期限はありません。
- 購入から14日以内で、その購入分のうち未使用のクレジットは、サポートページからのご請求により返金します。使用済みのクレジット、および実行中の予約分は対象外です。
- 上記以外は返金いたしません。ただし、法令により返金が必要な場合、および請求の誤り（二重請求や、実際の利用と一致しない請求など）の場合は、差額を返金またはクレジットで調整します。
- 返金や支払いの取り消し（チャージバック）の額は、残高から差し引かれます。
- ライセンスのサブスクリプションは、Stripe の請求ポータルからいつでも解約できます。解約は、支払い済みの請求期間の末日に有効となり、それまでライセンスをご利用いただけます。未使用期間の返金はいたしません。

Prices
The hosted service is paid from prepaid credits, bought from US$5 to US$10,000 at a time, and charged by use for each run (compute time, model calls and web requests). Rates and each model's price are shown at https://ephemer.al/pricing. A run never costs more than the budget set before it starts.
Self-hosted licenses are priced as a base plan (one installation and 100,000 runs a month) plus each additional installation and each additional block of 100,000 runs a month, monthly or yearly, and the price is shown on the license order form at https://ephemer.al/deployments before you subscribe. All prices are in US dollars.
Charges other than the price
- Internet connection and communication charges are borne by you.
- For the self-hosted edition, your own AWS charges and your model provider's charges apply.
- Your card issuer may charge foreign-currency or similar fees.
- Consumption tax: no Japanese consumption tax is added to the prices shown. The seller is exempt from consumption tax and is not registered as a qualified invoice issuer.
Payment method
Credit card, processed by our payment provider, Stripe.
Payment timing
- Credits: payment is made when you complete the purchase.
- Automatic top-up: if you turn it on, your saved card is charged when a run's charge leaves your balance below the threshold you set.
- Licenses: charged in advance when you subscribe and at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly).
Delivery
- Credits: added to your balance when Stripe confirms the payment, usually within seconds.
- Licenses: issued when the subscription starts. You can register installations from the deployments page of your account.
Returns, cancellation and refunds
Because these are digital services, purchases cannot be returned for personal reasons. The following applies.
- Credits do not expire.
- Credits from a purchase made in the last 14 days that you have not yet used are refunded on request through the support page. Credits already used, and credits reserved for runs in progress, are not refundable.
- Otherwise there are no refunds, except where the law requires them and for billing errors (such as a duplicate charge or a charge that does not match actual use), which we correct by refunding or crediting the difference.
- Refunds and payment disputes (chargebacks) are deducted from your balance.
- A license subscription can be cancelled at any time in Stripe's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid, and the license keeps working until then. Unused time is not refunded.
